To me, “wellness” is a state of mind to think about my health and avoid picking up bad habits like smoking.
Healthy living is important for longevity and having a decent life span.
My best 5K training tip is to stay consistent with the weekly walking groups that the Wellness Unit is providing. That should help people feel comfortable walking the 5K.
